Every Hugo & Co order is carefully prepared and shipped from our supply partners.
Processing time — Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation and tracking link by email once your order ships.
Delivery estimates — Because many of our pieces are made to order and shipped from overseas warehouses, please allow 7–20 business days for delivery within Australia. Larger items (beds, sofa covers, car seats) may take a little longer. These are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by customs or carrier delays.
Shipping costs — Calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Any free-shipping thresholds appear in your cart.
Tracking & help — You'll get tracking for every order. If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated window, reach out and we'll chase it for you.
